GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern sales concluded on the Jessye Belleval online store.

1. PRODUCTS

The products offered are printed on demand via our partner Printful . The visuals are not contractual. Each order is prepared only after purchase.

2. PRICE

Prices displayed are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Jessye Belleval reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice.

3. ORDER

Any order placed on the site constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email is sent after validation of the order.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is 100% secure and can be made online by credit card, Apple Pay, or any other method offered in the store. The order is validated upon receipt of payment.

5. DELIVERY

Products are manufactured and shipped by Printful. Processing times vary between 2 and 7 business days, plus delivery times (see Shipping Policy).
Jessye Belleval cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the carrier or an incorrect address.

6. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, personalized or print-on-demand products cannot be exchanged or refunded , except in the event of a defect or manufacturing error (see Return and Refund Policy).

7. RESPONSIBILITY

Jessye Belleval cannot be held responsible for damages related to the use of the product sold, nor for any delays or errors attributable to the carrier or to cases of force majeure.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this store is the exclusive property of Jessye Belleval. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without authorization.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
